Browns vs Steelers

In my opinion todays game against the steelers is the biggest game in Mangini's career. If the Browns come out motivated and end up beating the steelers, that could single handedly save his job. Beating the Steelers is so important to the fan-base and to the organization.

The Browns offense have been playing better of late. A major reason for that is improved play calling. We put up a big lead in the Detriot game but then reverted back to bad play calling and ended up losing the game. Against the Bengals the play calling was never there and we never had a chance to win. Last week against San Diego we were down early so we had to pass and thats when we started to cut the lead but it just wasnt enough.

The Steelers defense ranks FIRST in the run and SEVENTEENTH in the passing game. It doesn't take a genius to realize what the game plan should be but Mangini has made a lot of dumb decisions before. But the Steelers have seen last weeks game, they know that we will be targeting Evan Moore and Jerome Harrison. So its important that Mangini and Daboll gets Brian Robiskie and MoMass involved in the game early.

If Mangini can get all that covered with the offense and takes Poteat out of the starting lineup we stand a chance of beating this struggling Pittspuke team, and if that happens Mangini stands a chance of remaining the coach next year.

Btw just for the record I don't think Mangini will do any of that, I'm sure we will try to run the ball because of the snow and Santonio Holmes will burn Poteat for multiple TDs and we will start passing but it will be too late.

Remember in the first Steelers game this year we ran the Cribbs out of the Wildcat a lot more than usual as well.  I wouldn't be surprised, with the weather, to see more of that again.

I think they will send multiple blitzes early in passing situations, and whether or not the offense is capable of handling that yet, will determine the outcome. That, and Josh"I will run rampant" Cribbs,if they're too stupid/proud to kick away from him.Our defense should be OK,as it's supposed to be windy as a windy winter night gets.Just need to stuff the run,and running ain't no fun,in sub-zero wind chills.I look for a defensive battle, with us pulling it out, with some help from Cribbs.
And even if they do win,it will only be because they paid the refs to throw the game, letting them get away with murder, while we can't get a break.Just like how they won their last two Super Bowls.I gotta go,gotta go find Squealer bumper stickers, and jam potatoes up their tailpipes,or other various time tested ways to screw with "the squealer fan"s in my neighborhood.Just doing my civic duty,my pre-game warmup,as it were.Along with my brave cohorts.I'm gonna slow down, and try to keep my head on straight.6 more hours til gametime?Thank God I don't work tomorrow.

 Go browns!!!!!!

I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of the Wildcat but it wont win us the game, the steelers rush defense is too good and even though it is the Wildcat, the way we run it isn't that unpredictable.

This is a big game for both Mangini and Quinn. If Brady can find a way to beat the steelers in classic Cleveland weather he will sure up his starting spot for next season.

Is it time to pay Cribbs,or what?Did you hear his loyal soldier speech after the game,on ESPN?

Look at it this way.Robert Royal signed a 4 year,10 mil deal. Can we get some justice around here?
